It is gorgeous. I keep it out on my shelf because I don't want to hide it in a drawer. The stand is a very nice touch. And it works even better than it looks.
My parcel was held up a week, which was frustrating, but customer service answered every message and the result is lovely. Worth waiting for.
They answered my huge list of questions one by one, no rush, no copy-paste replies. I felt like a person, not an order number.
Less frizz, more shine, and my ends feel healthier after couple of uses My hairdresser asked what I had changed.
Not a cheap purchase, but the quality is obvious from the first use. I would only add more colour options.
I have very thick hair and drying used to take almost forty minutes. Now it is about twenty and my arm doesn't ache.
At my age I thought nothing would change my hair. It feels softer and looks fuller, and I've had compliments at work.
Amazing results once I learned how to use it. The first two days I wasn't sure, then it clicked.
Beautiful unboxing. Everything was wrapped with care and the card inside was a lovely touch.
My curls keep their shape and don't puff up. I will never go back to my old dryer.
Dubai is humid and my hair frizzes in minutes. Not anymore. Smooth for the whole day.
Fast delivery in Dubai and very helpful support. I felt very well looked after.
Really happy with how it dries and styles. The cable could be a little longer, but that's my only complaint.
My daughter gave me this and I was sceptical. Now I'm telling all my friends. Gentle on my hair and so easy to hold.
Rather impressed by the service. I sent a rather exhaustive list of questions and every one was answered kindly and in full.
Arrived a few days later than quoted, but they emailed to explain and it was well worth the wait. Lovely bit of kit.
Seriously stylish. It looks like something you'd find in a boutique hotel and it performs just as well.
My hair has been dry and brittle since the menopause. It feels noticeably softer and shinier. I'm delighted.
Pricey, I'll admit, but my hair has never looked better. Four stars only because I'd have liked a travel pouch included.
Cuts my drying time right down. Perfect for rushed mornings before work.
Not at all technical, but I found it very easy to use. Light in the hand and the results are smashing.
Good results and gentler on my hair than my old one. It's quieter than most though not silent.
I'm not very confident ordering online, but the customer care agent I spoke to was patient and kind. The dryer arrived well packed and works beautifully.
Delivery was slower than expected, but it turned up safely. Frizz is much better. Would recommend.
I have fine, flyaway hair and this has given it body without roughing it up. Honestly lovely.
Good to find a brand that really understands what the climate does to hair. Brilliant service too.
Bought for my sister's birthday. She loves it. The box was gorgeous.
Beautifully made. You can feel the quality as soon as you pick it up. Worth every penny.
Cracking dryer. Would have given five stars if it had more attachements
my hair is shinier and smoother. I no longer feel the dry burnt smell from heat.
I asked many detailed questions about the technology and received clear, honest answers. I did not feel pressured to buy at all.
The delivery was delayed by two days, but the team contacted me before I had to ask. The dryer itself is excellent.
Long, thick hair dries much faster and looks healthier. I wish I had found it earlier.
Elegant and minimal. It looks like a luxury object, not just an appliance.
Shipping to Sharjah took longer than I hoped, but everything was well packed and the quality is high.
My new favourite thing. Smooth hair, no burn damage.
My hair is colour-treated and fragile. This is the first dryer that doesn't leave it feeling like straw.
Expensive but I can see why. I'd love a discount for returning customers.
Light, quiet and simple. My granddaughter helped me order and we are both very pleased.
I have two small children and no time. Ten minutes and my hair is done. That alone is worth it.
I saved for it and I'm glad I did
Took me a week to learn the best settings, and then I was very happy. Support helped by message.
Delivered next day. Careful packaging, tracking worked, and the product feels very premium.
I have a sensitive scalp and this is very gentle. I feel comfortable using it every day.
