Standard Warranty Coverage

All Aurrelle devices are covered by a 24-month limited warranty from the date of delivery.

This warranty covers verified manufacturing defects under normal personal use.

Covered issues may include:

  • Electrical or internal mechanical defects

  • Component failure under normal operating conditions

  • Verified manufacturing faults

Proof of purchase is required.


Extended Warranty (Community Appreciation Program)

Aurrelle offers an extended warranty of up to 4 years total coverage for customers who voluntarily share their genuine experience with our product on social media.

To qualify:

  1. Share your authentic experience using your Aurrelle device

  2. Tag our official account or mention Aurrelle

  3. Send us the public post link via Contact Support

Once verified, your warranty may be extended up to a total of 4 years from the original delivery date.

Important notes:

  • The experience must reflect genuine use of the product

  • No specific rating or review tone is required

  • Participation is voluntary

  • Aurrelle reserves the right to verify eligibility

This extension is a gesture of appreciation for our community.


What Is Not Covered

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, negligence, or improper handling

  • Unauthorized repairs or modifications

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Cosmetic damage that does not affect functionality

  • Damage caused by incorrect voltage usage

  • Water damage (unless specifically stated otherwise)

Products showing signs of accidental damage may not qualify.


How to Submit a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect:

  1. Contact us via Contact Support

  2. Provide your order number

  3. Share clear photos or videos of the issue

  4. Describe when and how the issue occurred

Our team will review your claim and provide next steps.


Resolution Process

If a claim is approved, Aurrelle may:

  • Repair the product

  • Replace the product

  • Provide an equivalent replacement

The resolution method depends on product condition and availability.


Shipping for Warranty Claims

Customers may be responsible for shipping costs related to inspection unless the defect is confirmed as a manufacturing fault.

Details will be communicated during the review process.

  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers are not covered
