Lucine's Buttons Explained: Read the Controls at a Glance

Lucine's control panel is simple by design — four inputs handle airflow, temperature, the InfraSonic™ cycle, and the red + near-infrared light system on the Lucine™ InfraSonic Hairdryer. POWER

Slide the power switch to I for low airflow or II for high airflow. Use I for finer control while sectioning or diffusing, and II when you want to move through drying faster.

TEMPERATURE

Click the temperature button to cycle between cold, warm, and hot. Each click moves you to the next setting, so you can dial in exactly how much heat you want at any point in your routine.

INFRASONIC™

Long-press the same temperature button to start Lucine's InfraSonic™ cycle — this switches the dryer into automatic air-and-temperature cycling instead of holding one fixed setting throughout. It's a separate mode from the manual cold/warm/hot clicks above, triggered by how long you hold the button rather than a different button entirely.

LIGHT (IR)

Press the IR button to switch on Lucine's 660 nm red and 850 nm near-infrared light together — the two wavelengths activate as one system, not separately. The light only turns on while you're using cool or cold airflow, and switches off automatically if you move to warm or hot mode.
